Technical Support is vital in any organization Maxerve is the engineering support arm of the FPI Group of Companies. It provides pre-sales support from site survey, customer consultation, design and proposal preparation.

In order to meet today's complex challenges, Maxerve maintains a pool of field service group, with trained engineers available to immediately respond to FPI group's needs and specially that of our customers. We have invested in a 24/7 Customer Hotline to receive all customer calls and assign them to the proper FPI engineers for immediate action. All calls and responses are recorded and monitored to provide quantitative measurements of our service levels.

Maxerve provides maintenance and warranty support for all its equipment, and across all major brands that the group of companies carry.
